First time players in this tournament = 600 points (École secondaire = 800 points)

Every time we participate we obtain = 50 points

Merci pour votre belle participation ce novembre 2001. Il est à noter que nous avons notre 2ème. tournoi de l'année scolaire la semaine du 8 au 12 avril 2002. Les élèves qui ont participé à ce tournoi de novembre n'ont pas à payer une deuxième fois. Je vous prie de me faire parvenir un message avant février 2002 pour me laisser savoir que votre école participe au tournoi d'avril. Les noms des élèves doivent être remis pour le 1er avril 2002. Ce serait plus facile pour moi si vous me fassiez parvenir les noms de la façon suivante :

1- par courriel

2- les noms en majuscule, nom de famille en premier, grade et école

3- me laisser savoir si l'élève a participé en novembre

a) m'envoie un message tout de suite pour me dire que l'école participe au tournoi

b) me donne la liste de jeunes qui participeront au tournoi - sous la forme décrite ci-dessus et avant la date limite

c) a très peu de changements à faire après que la liste est remise

d) me remet un chèque pour tous les élèves de l'école le matin du tournoi

e) s'organise pour avoir de la surveillance au tournoi

f) arrive avant 9h30 le matin de la compétition

g) surveille les jeunes pour la propreté lors du tournoi

h) organise une cérémonie de présentation des certificats et médailles à l'école

i) bien préparer ses élèves pour le tournoi

Thank you for your participation this November 2001. Please note that we have our 2nd. tournament for the school year, the week of April 8 to 12, 2002. The students who participated in this November tournament don't have to pay for a second time. I ask you to send me a message before February 2002 letting know me that your school is participating in the April tournament. The names of the students must be given to me by April 1st, 2002. It would be easier for me if you sent me your list of students in the following format :

1- By email

2- The names in CAPITAL letters, family name first, grade and school, if the pupil participated in November or not

Quality of a school that is well organized :

a. Immediately sends me a message to tell me that the school is going to participate in the next tournament

b. Gives me the list of youngsters who will participate in the tournament - under the described above shape and before the deadline

c. Has very few changes to make after the list is sent

d. Hands me a check for all pupils of the school the morning of the tournament

e. Be well organised with supervision and transportation for the tournament

f. Arrive before 9h30 the morning of the competition

g. Supervise the young for the cleanliness at the time of the tournament

h. Organize a ceremony of presentation of the certificates and medals in the school

i. Well prepare the pupils for the tournament (rules of play)
